Co-Curricular Record

The Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is a way for students to formally document all of their non-academic, extra-curricular involvement in an official format called a Co-Curricular Record. It may include activities such as volunteer work, athletics, awards and other leadership activities. The CCR will give students the edge that graduate schools and future employers are looking for.

Co-operative Education and Art and Science Internship at the Mount

Learning today; leading tomorrow

Since 1979, the Mount has been a leader in co-operative education by providing opportunities for students to gain practical work experience.

Mount co-op and internship students have a desire to be contributing members within the organizations where they complete work terms. Students are enthusiastic, motivated and committed. Students bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to the workplace. If employers are looking to test-drive a potential position in their organization or have a project that has been sitting on the side of the desk, then they should consider mentoring a co-op or internship student.

The co-op program includes students from:

  • Business Administration
  • Public Relations
  • Tourism & Hospitality Management

*Co-op students are required to complete three work terms and are available year-round. Tourism & Hospitality Management students are only available from May to October.

The internship program includes students from:

  • Arts
  • Sciences
  • Public Policy
  • Science Communication

*Internship students are only required to complete one internship in the summer term (May to August).
